Are there any extra fees?

Photos and videos are not included. Focus on enjoying the experience and leave the pictures and videos for us; we will be glad to help you. Please get in touch with us, and we will send you our options. Tips are not included and are not mandatory in México; however, our crew makes a great effort to care for your needs to create a safe and pleasant experience. We appreciate your support!

What is our refund and cancellation policy?

  • Cancelations requested over 30 days or more: 100% refund.
  • Cancelations requested from 15 to 30 days before your tour: 50% deposit refund.
  • Cancelations requested 14 days or less before your tour: no refund.
  • Cancellation due to bad weather conditions or mechanical boat issues: 100% refund.


Do I have to make a reservation or can I just show up?

Since we focused mainly on private tours, our trips are subject to reservation. Please make sure to complete your reservation correctly. As soon as you make your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation.

Can you pick me up at my hotel?

We don’t have a shuttle service to the Marina; however, we seek to offer this service in soon. Our staff will meet you at Marina La Paz and guide you to your boat. If you bring your car, you can leave it outside the Marina on the street or in a parking lot next to the Marina.

What happens with groups that don't meet the minimum?

If your group did not meet the required minimum and is not in the position to pay for a private tour, please send us an email, and we will try to arrange a semi-private tour with another group willing to share. Semi-private tours are subject to the availability of another group willing to share; therefore, we cannot ensure the tour until we find an open group.

Why minimum of people?

To offer a personalized experience, we mainly focus on private tours. Our staff is committed to your service and needs. According to each tour, we require a minimum of people to guarantee a private tour.

However, if you don’t intend to spend on a private tour, we can arrange a semi-private tour; contact our manager through email or phone, we can put together something for you!


What should I wear?

We suggest bringing comfortable swimwear. We encourage you to leave your shoes or sandals in the proper place that our staff indicates with the purpose of comfort and cleanness of the boat. During the summer season, we have days above 100 °F; therefore, we suggest wearing a hat and sunglasses. We recommend bringing a light jacket with you during the winter season because the temperature falls mainly during the mornings.

What should I bring?

Please bring Biodegradable Sunscreen: According to the Federal Laws that rule the Protected Natural Areas that you are going to be able to visit, tourists are only allowed to use biodegradable sunscreen. Bottled water (if possible) to avoid garbage production. If you forget your bottle, don’t worry, we have glasses on board. Forget to bring beach articles; our staff will bring umbrellas, chairs, tables, cooler, etc., all intended for your best comfort.

Are there other food options besides fish ceviche or ham baguette?

If you don’t like our included food or if you are vegetarian, please get in touch with us, and we will send you different options to replace our included meal; extra fees may apply for some of those options. You may bring other food or additional beverages you want; we don’t have a problem with that.

Can I bring alcohol beverages?

Alcoholic beverages are forbidden for the whale shark tour. For the other tours, you may bring alcoholic drinks, but our staff is allowed to indicate the appropriate moment to stop drinking alcoholic beverages onboard for everyone’s safety. Please avoid ending the tour due to the lack of not respecting the drinking limits suggested by the crew.


How is weather most of the time in La Paz?

We have 300 sunny and hot days each year in La Paz, and our average temperature is over 80 °F. However, we can find some windy and cold days during winter that could interfere with your tour. When the port is closed due to weather issues and your tour is canceled, we will make sure to reschedule your tour, or in the worst scenario, a complete reimbursement will apply.
